Carrot and Broccoli Salad

Serving: 50 portions (1/2 cup ea.)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 8 oz of Broccoli, fresh, chopped
  • 1 lb 4 oz of Carrots, fresh, shredded
  • 10 oz of Onions, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 TB + 2 tsp of Garlic, granulated
  • 3 TB + 1 tsp of Italian dressing
  • 3-3/4 cups of Ranch dressing, light

Steps

  1. Wash all vegetables before preparing. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or pan. Cover and chill for at least one hour prior to service
