Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Gal. + 2 Quarts of Water
  • 5 bags + 5 1/3 Ounce of Brown Rice 25 LB
  • 12/3 LB of Kosher Salt
  • 4 Bunches of Cilantro 6 CT
  • 1 Cup of Lime Juice 6/32 OZ
  • 4 Cup, Packed of Baby Spinach 4 LB
  • 2 Peppers of Jalapeno

Steps

  1. Place rice in 4” full size hotel pan
  2. Add salt & 1.5 gallon water
  3. Cover tightly & bake at 350F for 45 min or steam, uncovered for 30 min.
  4. While rice is cooking, blend remaining ingredients
  5. Mix into hot rice
