Fruit Salsa

Serving: 50 - 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs. of Strawberries, fresh
  • 9 medium of Apples, cored & diced
  • 9 medium of Kiwi fruit
  • 3 TB of Light brown sugar
  • 3 TB of Apple Jelly
  • 1 qt. of Orange Juice

Steps

  1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries.
  2. Dice apples, and add just enough orange juice to coat the apples.
  3. Peel & dice kiwi fruit.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, jelly, and orange juice. Drizzle over fruit and toss gently to combine.
