Students will answer the question, “What patterns are there in the colors of deep sea animals?” and learn about how they have adapted to their environment. In this activity, students will simulate going deeper underwater through observing felt through “deep sea glasses” and record their observations. Through this, students will be able to learn about the light spectrum and learn about the different adaptation techniques of deep sea animals.
