Serving: It will cut 21 (2 oz) slices per pan.

Ingredients

  • 4 of BUTTER SOLID UNSLTD
  • 7 of EGG LIQUID 15/2 LB
  • 14 of HONEY 6/5 LB
  • 2 of SUGAR BRN LGT 16/2 LB
  • 7 of YOGURT LF PLAIN 5 LB
  • 11 of CORNMEAL YELLOW BULK 25 LB
  • 11 of FLOUR AP 50 LB
  • 14 1/8 of SALT KOSHER 12/3 LB
  • 4 Fl Oz of WATER
  • 1 of BAKING SODA 12/24 OZ

Steps

  1. Pre Preparation-Melt butter
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Add yogurt, eggs, butter, honey and sugar.
  4. Oil hotel pans and pour 3 lb 6 oz per per pan.
  5. Batter will look thin, but will rise when baking.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
