1.5 gallons of 100% pineapple juice, unsweetened, canned
16 lbs. of Strawberries, fresh or frozen
4 quarts of Vanilla yogurt, nonfat or lowfat
1-1/3 cups of Honey
2 gallons of Milk, lowfat (1%)
1/2 cup of Lemon juice
Steps
Add pineapple juice, strawberries and yogurt in a gallon container.
Use immersion blender to puree until smooth. [If immersion blender is not available mixture can be divided into smaller batches and blended in upright blender or food processor.
Add honey, milk and lemon juice to fruit puree and blend until completely incorporated.
