Tomato Cucumber Salad with Peach Dressing

Steps

1. Place dressing in a large bowl.
2. Peel cucumber and cut in 1/2" slices.
3. Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, 1/4 cup basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to dressing.
4. Toss well; let stand 3 minutes.
